Welcome to CityVibe Apparel. We are committed to providing high-quality urban essentials designed for comfort and confidence. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item must be in its original condition
- Original tags must still be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@cityvibeapparel.store
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.
If you need a different size, please return the item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos clearly showing the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
If you still have not received it, please contact us.
